When and where is breakfast served?
Residence Inn and SpringHill Suites offer complimentary hot breakfast for registered guests of these hotels. At AC Hotel, an elevated European-style breakfast is available for $18 per person. All breakfast options are conveniantly located on the 6th floor.

  • Saturday - Sunday | 7AM - 10AM

• AC Hotel

Do you have a pool?
The pool is located on the 6th floor and is open to guests of all three hotels. Aqua Lyrics our poolside bar and restaurant is open daily, 10AM – 10PM serving food and beverages.

Please bring your ID if you plan on purchasing alcoholic beverages.  No outside food and beverage is allowed in the pool area.

On Friday and Saturday there is a live DJ from 1PM – 5PM.

During high demand pool months, guests will be required to wear a bracelet while in the pool area. These will be provided at the front desk at the time of check-in to registered guests only.

Can I rent a cabana at the pool?
The pool area has 7 cabanas that can be rented for the day by clicking here.

Do you have restaurants on site?
Yes! Guests can enjoy our vibrant AC Lounge or enjoy the views from rtb! rooftop bar. You’ll also love Aqua Lyrics for casual dining or poolside cocktails. The first floor features Hal’s The Steakhouse with its classic menu and Calacas, serving flavorful Mexican-inspired cuisine.

• Aqua Lyrics is our pool restaurant and bar. This is located on our 6th floor and you may access from the pool deck or through the Residence Inn/SpringHill Suites lobby. Seasonal live entertainment is featured Friday – Saturday from 1pm - 5pm. The bar is open daily from 10am-10pm.

• rtb! is located on the 21st floor with breathtaking views of the city skyline. Live entertainment is featured Friday – Saturday from 6PM – 9PM. The bar is open daily 5PM– 11:30PM.

• AC Lounge is a signature bar experience located on the 6th floor. It is open daily from 3PM – 10PM.

• Hal’s Steakhouse is located on the first floor, offering prime steaks, fresh seafood, and a New Orleans-inspired menu. You can view our menu by clicking here. Hours of operation are as follows:

Where is your fitness center located?
The fitness center is located on the 6th floor. The center features peloton bikes, free weights and a variety of machines.

Do you have an in-house laundry facility?
Yes, our laundry facilities are located on the 6th floor next to the fitness center. Several washers and dryers are available, and machines are $2.50 per load (quarter-operated). Guests may use their room key for access, and quarters are available for exchange at the front desk.

Can I request housekeeping services?
Yes, if you would like your guest room cleaned or refreshed daily, please request at the front desk.

Is parking available on property?
We offer 24-hour valet service with come and go privileges at a cost of $65, per night.

Is WiFi available?
Yes, complimentary standard internet is included. To connect, simply select the hotel’s ‘Guest WiFi’ network and follow the prompts—no room number is required. For guests seeking enhanced speed or additional features, an upgraded Wi-Fi option is also available for a fee.

Is smoking allowed at the hotel?
No, we are a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking of any kind is not permitted in guest rooms or public areas.
Please note : A $500 cleaning fee will be added to the bill if smoking occurs in the building.

Are pets allowed at the hotel?
Our pet policy varies by brand.

• SpringHill Suites and Residence Inn welcome pets!

  • There is a $150 non-refundable deposit and a $20 daily pet fee.

• AC Hotel does not allow pets.

Please note : Service animals or other animals qualifying under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are always welcome at all our properties, including AC Hotel, and are not subject to pet fees or deposits.
